Terms of Entry

Please note that there will be increased security measures at concert, so we recommend arriving at the venue well in advance. We ask concert-goers to keep their luggage really small - the recommended maximum size is A4 - to help us ensure a quick and smooth entry to the venue. We also encourage visitors to our events to pay attention to their surroundings to avoid panic and dangerous situations.

- Restrictions - prohibited items and activities:

Weapons (including but not limited to knives, boxers, firearms, chopping guns, axes, chains, pipes, sticks - including wooden ones), pepper and/or tear sprays, explosives, flammables, video cameras (including small ones e.g. (including GoPro), cameras with detachable lenses, audio recorders, selfie sticks, large luggage (including looms and/or wheeled suitcases), tablet, laptops, seats, chairs, tables (including folding tables), steps and/or ladders (including folding ladders), various foot pads including polystyrene or wooden "cubes", umbrellas (including folding umbrellas), containers made of glass or shatter-proof plastic or metal, PET bottles, pressure vessels (with compressed gases including "pressure horns"), pyrotechnics, means of transport (bicycles, scooters, prams, skateboards, roller skates) excluding wheelchairs, animals, toxic and narcotic or psychotropic substances, food or drink, syringes (exception for diabetics, if they bring insulin in a syringe or insulin pen - they should show their diabetic ID), laser light sources including "small pointers" = pointers, motorcycle helmets, any other items that could be used as a weapon against other visitors, event staff or performers especially to throw on or around the stage (e.g. stones etc.) and any other dangerous objects.

 

It is forbidden:

- "surfing" e.g. on the heads of other visitors,

- sitting and standing on barriers, fences, barriers and similar devices and technical means,

- climbing over barriers, fences, barriers and similar devices,

- throwing any objects into the stage area or its surroundings,

- bringing in banners or placards with political and/or defamatory or offensive content,

- engage in any commercial, advertising, political or other inappropriate activities in the concert venue and its immediate surroundings without the prior written consent of the event promoter.
